Drywall /repair/ painter

Install and Finish Drywall patches on ceilings and walls pating Stomping Ceilings (a plus) Surface preparation (sanding, priming, caulking) Clean-up and maintenance of painting tools and work areas Materials may be of decorative quality. Includes lathers who fasten wooden, metal, or rockboard lath to walls, ceilings. Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Mandatory Overtime: One (1) week in May and one (1) week in August (including weekend work). 2025: 05/09-05/18 and 08/08-08/17 Company vehicle: provided during the work day. Experience in painting and drywall repair Knowledge of painting materials and techniques Ability to work independently and efficiently Attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid drivers license required Strong Customer Relations is a must have ability to work with tenants and their needs. Cleanliness is a must. In finishing, we are in peoples homes most of the time.
