Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual with hands-on experience in operating robotic arm welders and industrial machinery. If you're ready to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Yaskawa/Motoman robotic arm welders with precision and safety.

Work with press cells, laser machines, and mills to support various stages of production.

Assemble components and prepare them for shipment according to specifications and quality standards.

Maintain clean and organized work areas and always follow safety protocols

Compensation:

Starting pay: $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating Yaskawa or Motoman welding machines.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Physically able to stand for extended periods (8+ hour shifts) and lift up to 50 lbs.

Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
