Handyman technician

Handyman technician compensation: $30 to $40 an hour depending on experience and if you hold insurance QSR is looking to add several handymen to our ever growing residential maintenance company. As the busy season winds down for most we are positioned to continue to grow through out the rest of the year and have more work orders than we can handle. Qualifications: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner Able to work independently without supervision Must have a valid driver's license Must have basic selection of tools that are necessary to perform the work Responsibilities: Our customers depend on us to solve problems and improve their quality of life As a Handyman technician with quality service and repair, you are a key member of our team responsible for quality repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects You will uphold our standard for excellent customer service Our culture attracts technicians that: have a strong background of skilled tradesman experience and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment Show up on time, perform the work well, and clean up the work site when finished Skills in a variety of categories such as carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, door installation, deck repairs, and others Excellent customer service skills, an outgoing friendly personality, professional presentation and appearance Goal-oriented self-starter and a team player post id: ...
