We're looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who want to make good money this summeror stick around for the long haulas part of our fence installation team! Whether you're looking for seasonal work or a full-time, year-round role, we've got a spot for you.

About the Role:

As a Fence Installer, you'll be part of a crew installing chain-link, vinyl, cedar, and ornamental fences for both commercial and residential properties. You'll report to the crew foreman each morning and get to work building quality fences that last.

This is physical, hands-on work in outdoor environments, rain or shine. Expect long hours, lots of fresh air, and the satisfaction of seeing your work take shape every day.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (up to 7:00 PM during peak times)

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic and commitment to showing up on time

Previous construction experience required (fencing a plus, but not required)

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions typical of the Midwest

Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn
