MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Three (3) years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience work OR two (2) years of vocational training in these areas and two (2) years of experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Georgia drivers license; acceptably clean MVR (no more than 2 moving violations in 36 months)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational training in electrical or plumbing

• Electrical and Plumbing license/certification
