Refrigeration Technician

We're seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join a growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing refrigeration systems and equipment, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration units and related equipment Install new refrigeration systems and ensure proper functionality Maintain detailed and accurate service records Collaborate with team members and other technicians on projects Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Qualifications: 2+ years of HVAC/R experience (Preferred) Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of refrigeration systems Ability to diagnose and repair system issues effectively Proficient with refrigeration tools and diagnostic equipment Basic plumbing skills (soldering, pipefitting) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company truck provided) Experience in field service or as a mechanic is a plus Location: Facility in Howell, MI & Field Service Work Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour + Overtime & Performance Bonuses Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift, with Weekend Availability as Needed Hours: 40 - 60 hours per week Perks and Benefits: Competitive Pay: $26 - $32/hr + overtime Company Truck: Fully equipped for service calls 401(k) with matching Life insurance and comprehensive benefits package Overtime pay and opportunities for extra hours Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift Weekend availability as needed 40 - 60 hours per week Apply Today!
