General Laborer

Our client, a leading provider of employment in the Charleston region, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of a dedicated workforce supporting various skilled trades. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Winfield, WV

Pay Range: Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience.

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of physical tasks as needed, which may include lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, mechanics, landscapers) with their tasks, following instructions carefully.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, cleaning up debris, and organizing tools and materials.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Must be physically capable of performing demanding physical labor.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions.
