About The Position

The Professional Services group is responsible for the successful delivery of customer-focused implementation projects, providing software and services on time and within budget. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of project management plans, focusing on Project Plans, Risk and Issue Management, Change Management, Stakeholder communications, and tracking deliverables.

You will assist in leading a cross-functional team to ensure that project expectations are agreed upon and met, and work closely with the Business Consultant team to ensure smooth processes from commercial engagement through to project delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with the product management team to gather structured customer feedback based on interactions.

Throughout the project lifecycle, you will be the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Project Planning: Support the development and execution of project plans to ensure the successful delivery of Comply365 products and services in line with project objectives.
  • Scope and Tracking: Help track day-to-day project scope and activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support Resource Management: Aid in the coordination of resources involved in the project activities.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying project risks and issues and support their mitigation.
  • Reporting: Track project deliverables using Monday.com and assist in providing accurate reporting.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Assist in managing stakeholder expectations by providing consistent updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Escalations & Issue Resolution: Help handle escalations, time-critical issues, and shifting priorities, ensuring conflicts are resolved.
  • Project Evaluation: Support project evaluations and assessment of results with internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Interaction: Help articulate the value proposition of Comply365 products and services to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Retrospectives: Assist in conducting project retrospectives to gather learnings and implement actions for future improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience in managing or assisting with software delivery projects (even on a small scale).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques (Monday.com experience a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
