**Key Qualifications:**

- Experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on building automation controls
- Familiarity with building automation software is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to diagnose and address system issues
- Ability to interpret control drawings and technical specifications
- Experience with Honeywell and Niagara/Tridium systems is an advantage
- Aptitude for using hand tools, laptops, and testing equipment effectively
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong PC proficiency, including HVAC software programming
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record are mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with an assertive approach to customer support
