A North Carolina based commercial builder is in search of a Superintendent to be located in the Wilmington, NC/ Myrtle Beach, SC area. They build sizable projects in multifamily, higher ed, k-12, healthcare and general commercial markets. This company has been in business for decades and has earned a great reputation in the region.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial / multifamily construction
• Experience managing large teams and projects of at least $10 million
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
• Availability to travel regionally
