JOB DESCRIPTION
ABM is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. In this role, you'll assist with a variety of general labor tasks including moving materials, cleaning job sites, loading/unloading equipment, and supporting facility operations. You will play an important part in keeping our facilities safe, clean, and efficient.
Pay: $16/HR
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, moving equipment, and debris removal.
Assist with setup and breakdown of materials and work areas.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow directions from supervisors and work alongside other team members.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
Perform other duties as assigned to support facility and maintenance operations.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in a labor or maintenance role is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying environmental conditions.
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.
