Safety Professional

Salary Range: $80-120k (depending on experience)v

Location: Location: West Deptford, NJ and Jacksonville, FL

Travel: Frequently (accommodation and per diem provided)

Summary:

ExecuSource is seeking a Safety Professional to support environmental remediation projects in West Deptford, NJ. This role reports to the Director of Health & Safety and supports site leadership to ensure safety protocols are implemented and maintained.

What you get to do:

Enforce site-specific Health & Safety Plans.

Conduct inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.

Support incident investigations and corrective action planning.

Coach staff on safe work practices and PPE use.

Assist with hazard analysis development and audits.

Conduct air, heat, and noise monitoring.

Maintain exclusion zones and emergency protocols.

Manage PPE and safety supply needs.

What you need to succeed:

5+ years of environmental remediation experience.

3+ years with safety degree or accredited safety certification.

24+ hours of formal safety training in the past 5 years.

OSHA 30-hour (Construction) within the last 5 years.

HAZWOPER 40-hour + refresher preferred.

First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Must pass HAZWOPER physical and wear a respirator.

Drug-free workplace.
