Qualifications and responsibilities for this Glazing Project Manager position include: 3+ years of experience in glazing or general construction project management with a willingness to learn the glazing trade Ability to manage multiple projects ranging from $5K to $2M Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve field/design issues Experience preparing estimates, reviewing plans/specs, and tracking change orders Capable of developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and reports Comfortable splitting time between the office and job sites (50/50 schedule) Willing to travel throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
