Responsibilities:

• Install and repair various types of flooring, including carpet, tile, wood, and laminate
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
• Inspect and clean surfaces before installation
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide recommendations

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a flooring installer
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
