An established and respected drywall contractor based in Naples, FL is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join their team full-time . This is an excellent opportunity to become a key player in a well-run, growth-focused company with a strong pipeline of commercial projects.

Position : Project Manager / Estimator Location : Naples, FL Compensation : $100,000 – $125,000 annually (based on experience) Benefits : Full health benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial drywall projects from estimation through completion

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and Quick Bid

• Create competitive, detailed bids and manage budgets

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Maintain project timelines and ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management and estimating

• Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid software is required

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
