Superintendent

A well-known regional General Contractor with an impressive backlog of work in Chicago is seeking to add a Superintendent to their team . With a stellar reputation and a diverse portfolio—including schools, office buildings, higher education, hospitals, and medical labs—this is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company. Minimal Travel required - some travel will be necessary but you will not be a road warrior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of multiple commercial projects
• Schedule and manage on-site work to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and Owner
• Manage subcontractor lists and ensure quality and efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision
• Strong network with local subcontractors (a plus)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
