Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their team in Oklahoma City .

Position Overview: As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll support the Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day on-site construction operations for ground-up and renovation commercial projects. This is a key field leadership role focused on safety, schedule, quality, and coordination of subcontractors and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all on-site construction activities to ensure project is completed on time and within budget

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and site logistics

• Enforce site safety and compliance with OSHA and company standards

• Support scheduling and sequencing of work to maintain project timelines

• Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and communicate progress to project team

• Help lead site meetings and walk-throughs with stakeholders

• Ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications

• Work closely with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and trade partners to resolve field issues

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction

• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety practices, and scheduling

• Familiarity with reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project a plus)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Construction Management a plus)

• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
