Location: Des Moines, IA 50265 | $27.30hr | Full-Time | 12-Month Consultant Role | First Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM)
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) andor Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping equipment and facilities in top conditionhelping ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and without interruption. What You'll Be Doing:
Perform general maintenance and repair on machines, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Support facility upgrades and new equipment installations.
Handle a wide variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, welding, painting, and sheet metal work.
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Respond to evolving business needs, including working extended shifts or overtime when required.
What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in general maintenance, with a background in mechanical andor electrical systems.
Comfortable using tools and performing varied tasks across different trades.
Willingness to wear safety shoes and follow safety standards consistently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience in an industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and documentation standards.
Strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Note: All necessary training will be provided.

Pay Details: $27.30 per hour
