Seeking skilled, experienced and motivated estimator/project manager with vast knowledge of residential and light commercial construction experience. If you are experienced in just a specific trade or trades we welcome your responce also. You Must be detailed from start to finish with all aspects of an entire project. Hands on experience is a plus. Ideal person will have knowledge of local codes, be able to read and understand blueprints. Have experience in employee and subcontractor coordination as well as customer service. Unexperienced persons need not apply unless you have management/sales or estimating experience with another type of business other than construction. If this is the case we would train if you meet the general requirements. We will consider a person if they are versed in one or more aspects. Expertise and artisanship a must.
