Type: Fulltime; Temp to Direct Hire

Location: Pony Farm Rd, Clayton, NC 27520

Pay Rate: $17.00 - 22.00hr.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 6:45 PM (Saturday as needed)

The Role: Welding Technician

As a Welding Technician, you'll bring your expertise in MIG and TIG welding to craft structural steel frames and enclosures for modular base frames. You'll also operate oxy-acetylene torches, plasma arc equipment, and other tools to manufacture our industry-leading products. All within our strict safety standards and ISO9001:2015 quality system!

What You'll Need to Bring:

Steel toe boots, welding helmet, jacket, gloves (we'll supply safety glasses)

3+ years of MIG, TIG, and Arc welding experience

3+ years of blue reading, sketch interpretation, and assembly

3+ years working with metalworking tools (press brakes, drill presses, shears)

Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently

Valid Driver's License

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Bonus Points For:

AWS D1.1 qualification

3-5 years of structural steel welding experience

Experience with plasma arc, laser measuring, and framing

Special Requirements:

Be prepared to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work 10-hour shifts and weekends as needed

Valid driver's license required

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
