O2 Employment Services is partnering with a well-established construction supply company in Redding, CA that is looking to add a dependable Forklift Operator/Yard Laborer to their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent hours, occasional overtime, and Saturday shifts. FORKLIFT OPERATOR / YARD LABORER COMPENSATION

$16.50/hour (with the potential for an increase after a performance review)

Occasional overtime available

Some Saturday work required

Full-time, long-term position

FORKLIFT OPERATOR / YARD LABORER DUTIES

Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload construction materials

Assist with general yard labor including heavy lifting, repetitive lifting, and organizing materials and site clean-up

Safely stack and store materials in designated areas

Perform regular equipment checks and maintain a clean work environment

Support team with additional tasks as needed

FORKLIFT OPERATOR / YARD LABORER QUALIFICATIONS

Previous forklift experience preferred

Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors

Must have reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Willingness to work overtime and some Saturdays when needed

Other duties as assigned by supervisor
