Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator/Proposal Manager position include:

3+ years' experience with construction estimating required; 3+ years' experience with proposal writing preferred

Experience with federal, institutional, sacred buildings, theaters, historical, public spaces like capital buildings, courthouses, city halls

Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat required, estimating software like Bluebeam preferred

Proposal writing tailored for specific RFQs

Ability to extract from RFQ and answer specific questions

Capable of developing accurate, timely, and detailed estimates to price competitive bids

Preparing detailed, comprehensive subcontractor and vendor work scopes

Soliciting, analyzing, and comparing subcontractor and vendor quotations

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
