10% hourly increase after training
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CE Tech Level 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing all tasks listed in the CE Tech Level 1 role description and following operating procedures (SOPs) for critical environment planned work activities. Key responsibilities include:
Taking daily operational readings of all electrical equipment through routine rounds/log taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.).
Following operating procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs) for critical environment planned and unplanned work activities.
Performing fire alarm preventative maintenance (PM).
Assisting in the troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of instrument sensors and calibration.
Conducting quarterly and annual generator preventative maintenance.
Maintaining roof top units (RTU) HVAC, including refrigeration recovery requiring an EPA refrigerant license.
Performing preventative maintenance on industrial chillers.
Conducting fire pump and fire alarm preventative maintenance.
Qualifications:
Preferred: EPA Refrigerant License.
Required: OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.
Required: Experience with mechanical systems in high availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields.
Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Required: 3+ years of work/applied learning experience in technical fields (e.g., automotive, electrical, controls, data center).
Required: Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which could include 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks.
Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Work Schedule:
Resource(s) will be working A-side night shift, Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday.
Additional Requirements:
Supplier provided Windows 11 compatible laptop will be required.
Preferred Experience:
Previous data center experience is a plus.
