MIG Welder 1st Shift

at Dickey Staffing Solutions in Loves Park, Illinois, United States Job Description We have multiple clients in the Rockford Region who are seeking Mig and/or TIG Welders to become part of their team! 1st Shift openings. These are temp-to-hire openings. Responsibilities: Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products Install and repair various equipment and components Follow instructions accurately to meet product specifications Read micrometers and calipers to verify specifications Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance Qualifications: 1+ year of MIG welding and must pass a MIG weld test Familiarity with welding tools and procedures Familiarity with micrometers and calipers Ability and desire to work in a safe and efficient manner and follow direction Work history showing longevity in a position with attendance recommendations being a huge plus Must pass a drug screen prior to start Benefits: Many of our positions at Dickey Staffing are temp-to-hire.
