Land Surveyor

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Land Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in land surveying, with the ability to support and lead various field and office tasks related to boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys. This position offers strong growth potential and the opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects.

• Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, and other survey instruments.

• Perform boundary, topographic, construction staking, and as-built surveys.

• Collect, process, and analyze field data using AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or other drafting software.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 15+ years of land surveying experience (junior to mid-level).

• Proficient in using survey equipment such as Trimble, Leica, or Topcon instruments.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or other industry-standard CAD platforms.

• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
