We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team! Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to interiors and exteriors of buildings. Ideal candidates have experience with various painting techniques, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Must have own transportation and basic tools.

Location: Vacaville
Schedule: MondayFriday, Approx: 8 AM4 PM, Some Weekends
Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour based on experience, Medical Benefits available
Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Painter to handle a variety of painting projects, both interior and exterior. This role requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in delivering top-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or removing old paint
  
  
• Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats
  
  
• Mix and match paint to achieve desired color and texture
  
  
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
  
  
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect areas during painting
  
  
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean job site
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial)
  
  
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
  
  
• Ability to read blueprints or instructions and follow directions accurately
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
  
  
• Own basic painting tools and reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding
