**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled**Lead Residential and Commercial Electrician**to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in**new construction, renovations, and service calls**for both residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and supervise apprentices as needed.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs in residential and commercial settings.

- Manage and complete new construction, renovation, and service projects efficiently and on schedule.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications.

- Ensure compliance with NEC codes, local building codes, and safety regulations.

- Supervise and mentor apprentices, ensuring quality workmanship.

- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and project progress.

- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues quickly and efficiently.

**Qualifications:**

- **Licensed Electrician**(NC Electrical License preferred or ability to obtain).

- Minimum**5+ years**of experience in residential and commercial electrical work.

- Proficient in**new construction, renovations, and service calls**.

- Strong knowledge of the**NEC code and local regulations**.

- Ability to work independently and lead a crew effectively.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with panel upgrades, wiring, lighting, and general electrical installations.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Must have own hand tools; company provides specialized tools and equipment.
