Target Salary: 80-120k (Bases on Experience Level)

Target Experience:

Able to perform real time and integrated air monitoring

Able to identify workplace hazards and recommend abatement strategies

Experience working on projects related to ISS, Dredging, Low Level Radioactive Waste, Storm Water Systems, Capping, or Excavation.

OSHA 30-hour OSHA Construction or General Industry Outreach Course preferred

OSHA 40-hour and subsequent 8-hour refresher HAZWOPER training preferred

Current first aid and CPR/AED training certificate preferred

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor has an opening for a site Health and Safety Officer to support a large and complex environmental remediation project. This position reports directly to the Director of Health and Safety and indirectly to the Project Manager.
