We're seeking a passionate and experienced Safety Manager to lead safety strategy and foster a culture of prevention across our fast-paced, 24/7 operations. Whether you're on the warehouse floor, advising leadership, or guiding claims management, your work ensures that every team member returns home safely.

As our Safety Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to our Operations and Fleet teams, providing strategic guidance and compliance oversight in an operational setting. You'll champion our safety vision, lead our Workers' Compensation claims process, and foster a engaging safety culture across our diverse workforce of 900 employees, including warehouse associates, CDL drivers, and salaried professionals.

What You'll Drive:

Strategic safety advisory and consultation across diverse operational units

Compliance leadership with deep expertise in OSHA and DOT regulations

Proactive risk and claims management, leading effective Workers' Compensation strategies

Influential employee training and engagement programs to drive behavioral safety

Collaborative partnerships to enhance cross-functional safety alignment

Manage emergency planning and readiness for medical and operational incidents

You're a Great Fit If You:

Are strategically minded, proactive, and solution-oriented

Excel in communication, influence, and building impactful relationships

Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and analytical problem-solving in high-pressure environments

Hold relevant experience and qualifications in occupational safety, compliance, and advisory roles

Proficient in Excel, Business Intelligenc, and Safety Management tracking software solutions with the ability to use data for effective decision making

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.

5+ years of experience in occupational safety, regulatory compliance, and Workers' Compensation.

Deep knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and ANSI regulations; PA Workers' Comp experience strongly preferred.

Willingness to provide PM shift coverage and on-call 24/7 support as needed.

Skilled in safety data analysis, training delivery, and operational collaboration.

Fluent in English; Spanish fluency preferred

Able to work in warehouse environments with varied physical conditions.

Preferred Certifications: CSP, ASP, GSP, OSHA 10/30, CPR/AED/First Aid.
