Job Summary: Perform manual labor, assisting skilled craft workers in performing assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
Unload and carry materials at construction sites
Clean up site from debris and discarded material
Operate pneumatic tools
Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures
Committed to culture of safety and quality
Assist carpenters and other trades
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
Good hand-eye coordination, quick reaction times.
Wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed boots.
Walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile
Talk, listen and speak clearly in person and on telephone
Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
Other Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily.
Must be willing and available to work on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
