Industrial Electrician 2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician for an immediate opening at our foam manufacturing facility in Elkhart, Indiana. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing all electronic and computer systems used in production. This is a 2nd shift position offering a competitive hourly wage and additional shift premiums. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, repair, and install electronic and computer components of production machinery Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical issues and suggest proactive solutions Read, modify, and create electrical schematics for industrial equipment Install and troubleshoot motor controllers , including AC and DC drive systems Support and retrofit machine control systems Perform preventive maintenance to recognize and resolve issues before failures occur Design and troubleshoot electrical circuits and assist in plant-wide system upgrades Collaborate with team members on division-wide improvements and system enhancements Skills & Requirements: High school diploma or GED (2 years of technical training ) 4+ years of experience in the electronics field 2+ years in an industrial/manufacturing environment Proficient in computerized control systems , Allen Bradley , and Siemens PLCs Strong understanding of Electrical Code (Electrical license ) Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities Strong computer literacy for machine control system maintenance and upgrades Ability to earn Forklift Certification Comfortable with flexible hours, overtime, and partial weekends Able to read and interpret a tape measure and schematics Basic math, reading, and writing skills Benefits Highlights: Excellent health insurance Generous profit-sharing plan Tuition reimbursement after 1 year Stable industry with long-term career paths Clean working environment Average employee tenure of over 10 years RLSPG01 Bounty Hunter World
