Gettysburg College is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) HVAC 1st Shift Mechanic to work in the Facilities Services Department.

• The HVAC Mechanic performs a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning duties.
• The HVAC Mechanic maintains, adjusts, overhauls, and repairs the Campus' heating, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• The HVAC Mechanic works to ensure proper functioning of the Campus' HVAC systems.
• The HVAC Mechanic also requires some basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs.

Gettysburg College seeks a HVAC Mechanic who have the communication skills and cross-cultural abilities to maximize their effectiveness with diverse groups of students, colleagues and community members.

Status: Full-Time Support Staff

Hourly rate: $23/hour - negotiable via experience
