Framing Carpenter/Laborer

We're looking for applicants with 1 year of experience as a Framer (preferred). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, able to work at heights, and works well with others. This role requires proficiency in cutting and shaping lumber to create structural frameworks for residential and commercial buildings.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physical strength with ability to carry heavy loads safely.
• Valid driver's license / reliable transportation to Perham.
• Ability to read a tape measure and cut lumber correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials according to blueprints and building specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape lumber, wood, and other materials using hand tools and power tools
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
