Note: The hourly rate for this position is $32 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• kitchen remodel project installing cabinets, countertops, base and case, trim, possibly flooring.
• They must have multi trade ability - finish carpentry (handy man type) and have their own tools
• PARKING: On -Site/Street parking in neighborhood
• TOOLS: Skill Saw * Chop Saw * Table Saw * Finish Nail Gun * Laser/level * Tape Measure, pencils * Hammer * Small pry bar *
• Impact/screw gun with bits * Multi Tool with bits * Power Chords
• Cabinet tools to install all hardware and pull handles

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to commute to multiple construction sites throughout day
• Min 5 years verifiable experience - references required
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
