Senior Project Superintendent

Megen Construction Company, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to join our team for a large multi-family development in southeast Florida. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all field operations of this project from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities
2. Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings
3. Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
4. Manage day to day and overall project schedule. 
5. Issue updated look-ahead schedules for weekly Trade Partner and OAC meetings.
6. Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
7. Manage the RFI process.
8. Work with the Project Management team to ensure all of the following requirements are met::
   1. project deadlines,
   2. milestones,
   3. Trade Partner performance
   4. quality standards
   5. invoicing/cash flow requirements
   6. safety requirements
9. Manage Trade Partners and vendors
10. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
11. Prepare and submit progress reports
12. Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation
13. Handle submittals and change orders efficiently

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience managing all on-site day to day operations of projects with budgets in excess of $10MM.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles
• Procore advanced competency
• OSHA 30 certification
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with Bluebeam, submittals, and change orders
• Fluent in Spanish and English
