Pay Rate: $19$23/hour (DOE) | Overtime Available | Full-Time

We are seeking passionate, detail-oriented Woodworkers and Furniture Makers to join a team committed to excellence in craftsmanship. Whether you're an experienced finish carpenter, cabinetmaker, or a skilled hobbyist with a love for fine woodworking, this is a unique opportunity to build handcrafted furniture in a collaborative and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build furniture from start to finish using traditional woodworking methods and detailed plans
- Operate hand tools and shop machinery safely and effectively
- Sand, finish, and inspect pieces to meet high-quality standards
- Collaborate with team members in a precision-driven workshop
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced furniture makers
What Were Looking For
- Experience in woodworking, finish carpentry, cabinetmaking, or a strong hobbyist background
- Strong attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship
- Ability to read plans, take measurements, and follow detailed specifications
- Comfortable using hand tools and woodworking machinery
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
- Cabinetmaking experience preferred, but not required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Quality-conscious and detail-driven
- Capable of problem-solving and evaluating results
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adapt and contribute innovative ideas
