HVAC Service Technician | $28.00 to $40.00 per hour
This position will run residential and light commercial on-demand service, and annual maintenance call.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Pay Rate: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
What you will be doing:
- Service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Annual Maintenance and cleaning & checks
- Education customer on Indoor Air Quality products and replacement options
- Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications / Skills:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 + years of HVAC service experience
- EPA certificate
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
- Able to consult with customers on repair and replacement decisions
- Proficient understanding in HVAC functional design and ductwork modifications
- Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
- Have basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes, including NATE certification, company-provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
