  • Strategize with sales teams to mitigate risks and optimize opportunities, drawing on your expertise in customer risk assessment and strategic planning
  • Utilize your legal acumen to evaluate and draft commercial contracts, collaborating closely with our Legal department to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Lead the development of standard contracts and templates, shaping the framework for efficient and consistent contract management across the organization
  • Champion audits and certifications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and fostering a culture of excellence and compliance
  • Take the lead in contract review, approval, and training processes, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in execution
  • Provide support to the organization in complex contract-related matters, serving as the first point of contact for legal advice and crisis management

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Proficient knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time domestically or internationally as required
  • Paralegal certification or at least 5 years of legal experience
  • Strong communication skills (correspondence / mail / international calls in English)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, precise, and structured way of working
