Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 Salary/year
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy:
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with project timelines and budget goals.
- Vendor & Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for construction materials, finishes, appliances, maintenance supplies, etc.
- Cost Control & Budgeting:
Track and manage procurement budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements; ensure compliance with company standards and contract terms.
- Project Coordination:
Collaborate with Executive Team and Property management teams to ensure procurement aligns with project specifications and schedules.
- Inventory Management:
Monitor and optimize inventory levels for both new developments and operating communities.
- Compliance:
Ensure all purchases meet legal and company compliance standards.
- Reporting:
Analyze company performance reports, and generate and maintain procurement reports to support business decisions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, Accounting and/or or related field preferred
- 3-7+ years of purchasing/procurement and/or accounting experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or property management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with construction, mechanical, appliance, and related FF&E materials, (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
- Proficient in utilizing computer software programs and related tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
