Benefits: Full-time employment Paid vacation Paid holidays, including: New Year's Day Oaks Day Memorial Day July 4th Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Work van provided from shop to job sites (no take-home vehicle) Responsibilities: Arrive on time, in uniform (logoed shirt and proper work attire) Follow project manager instructions and company Trustpoints Maintain a clean, organized work area and van clean up daily Communicate progress to the project manager each day Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in: Cabinet demo Cabinet installation & refacing Installing crown molding with tight seams Ability to: Apply cabinet veneer Drill for hinges Install doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays Deliver cabinets/materials to job sites Operate power tools safely: Table saw, band saw, routers, planers, nail guns, etc. Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to follow directions precisely without deviation Professional, friendly customer interaction Valid driver's license with a good driving record Physically capable of performing job duties Must pass a criminal background check Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required): Cabinet painting Backsplash tile installation Apply now to be part of a skilled, supportive team that values quality craftsmanship and professionalism.
