We are seeking a skilled Regional Painter to maintain the appearance and upkeep of our nursing home and long-term care facilities across four locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional painting, surface preparation, and minor repairs to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel between assigned nursing home/long-term care facilities to complete painting projects.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, priming, and power washing as needed.
  • Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and furniture.
  • Perform minor drywall repairs, caulking, and surface touch-ups.
  • Maintain an inventory of paint supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and proper disposal methods for painting materials.
  • Coordinate with facility management to schedule projects with minimal disruption to residents.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional painting experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or commercial settings.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of paints, finishes, and application techniques.
  • Skills: Ability to perform minor drywall repairs, plastering, and wood refinishing.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for long periods, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between facilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Communication: Ability to interact professionally with staff and residents.
