We’re seeking an experienced Estimator with 5+ years in commercial construction —including both ground-up and interior build-outs —to join a growing firm making big moves in the Chicago market.

In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers and leadership to develop accurate cost estimates and bids across a variety of commercial projects. Your expertise will directly impact the company’s continued success and growth.

• Strong knowledge of takeoffs, bid prep, and subcontractor negotiation
