Office Administrator / Purchasing Agent

We are looking for a motivated, reliable office administrator to join our team at Liberty Cooling & Heating.
Primary duties for this position include:
Purchasing equipment and parts from HVAC distributors
Checking over invoice pricing
Communicating with distributors to correct invoice mistakes
Using QuickBooks program for accounting applications
Answer phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
File customer files in an organized, alphabetical manner
Prior customer service and some accounting experience is preferred
Have reliable transportation to and from the office
