Production Welder

Established in 1965, Unitran Manufacturers Ltd. is an industry leader in the manufacturing of material handling products. We are currently seeking candidates for our welding department. This position is suitable for a junior welder or someone who has just completed their C level training and is looking to get some hours logged. Most welding is of light gauge steel and thin wall tubing. Majority of products are welded in jigs. All welding is done indoors at our Cloverdale facility.

Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience welding .035 MIG or CWB ticket
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to legally work in Canada
Able read and communicate in English
Must have steel toed boots and basic welding tools (tape measure, ball pien hammer, wire cutters, crescent wrench etc.)

All positions are full time and include benefits package after completion of 90-day probationary period.
