HVAC / R Technician / Installer

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated HVAC and/or Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity—not a stepping stone. If you’ve been hopping from job to job every 6 months, this isn’t the position for you. We need a serious professional ready to commit, grow, and get the job done.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of field experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial food equipment

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II required)

• Valid driver’s license

  • Must disclose any accidents, DUIs, or tickets

• Ability to lift 75 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

• Comfortable with regular driving between job sites

• Willing and able to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HVAC installation and ductwork

• Background servicing hot-side commercial kitchen equipment

• Stable work history (no short-term job hoppers)

• Strong time management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

• Participate in an on-call rotation (one week per month minimum)

• Maintain punctuality and dependability every day
