Continuous Improvement Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Continuous Improvement Supervisor to drive initiatives within Automated Ordering, Returns, and Continuous Improvement functions in Customer Operations. This role is key to advancing operational excellence, enhancing automation strategies, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional projects with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in process improvement, strong analytical abilities, and proven leadership in cross-functional environments.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze ordering patterns and operational data to inform automation and improvement strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Continuous Improvement Strategy: Implement and champion methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to gather input, address challenges, and develop practical solutions.
  • Training & Development: Coach team members on continuous improvement tools and best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact and identify further enhancements.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of changes, project plans, and results.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives that promote adoption of new processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on project outcomes, improvement initiatives, and operational trends.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or process optimization.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or project leadership role.
  • Strong command of continuous improvement frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and performance analysis tools.
  • Experience working with operational data and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with FreshDesk, Salesforce.com, SAP, CxOne, IBM Sterling, GHX a plus
