PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Construction Manager Administrator for a full-time, 12-month consulting role supporting Communications in Dallas, PA. In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of high-speed, fiber-optic infrastructure that brings next-generation connectivity to homes, businesses, andmunities across the region.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day OSP (Outside Plant) construction activities performed by contractors

Ensure project quality, safety, andpliance withpany and localstate regulations

Coordinate with municipalities, utility departments, engineers, and internal stakeholders

Attend pre-construction meetings, conduct inspections, and track contractor performance

Maintain accurate as-built documentation, timesheets, invoices, and material records

Oversee permitting, traffic control plans (TCP), and Work Zone Protection (WZP) requirements

Monitor project costs to ensure adnce to budgets and timelines

Investigate and report plant damage and implement corrective action plans

Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, engineering, operations, and regulatory teams

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Outside Plant (OSP) construction and splicing

In-depth knowledge of OSP construction standards, SSP contracts, and safety regulations

Familiarity with State and local permitting and utility ROWpliance

Stronganizational and project scheduling skills

Ability to travel locally and work outdoors in variable conditions

Willingness to work overtime and be on call for nights or weekends

Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience:

Experience in tel or utility construction

Previous involvement in fiber deployment or digital infrastructure programs

Ability to read and interpret engineering blues and technical documentation

Pay Details: $40.79 to $45.17 per hour
