The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, fabrication, and both MIG and TIG welding techniques. Initially, the role will be based in our shop, focusing on various welding and fabrication tasks. After a few months, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in the field, with travel time compensated. Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication tasks using stainless steel. Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques to complete projects. Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Transition to fieldwork after demonstrating proficiency in shop tasks. Essential Skills Proven experience in welding and fabrication, specifically with stainless steel. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
