Your Impact as a Roofing Project Manager (Foreman):

• Lead with Confidence: Supervise and direct roofing crews on project sites, ensuring work is completed to our unparalleled quality standards
• Master Multiple Systems: Apply your expertise across various roofing applications including shingle, tile, metal, TPO, and more
• Drive Project Success: Manage budgets and timelines to complete projects efficiently while maintaining our commitment to craftsmanship
• Prioritize Safety: Conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings and ensure all crew members follow proper safety protocols
• Enhance Customer Experience: Communicate effectively with clients, identify opportunities for upgrades, and sell project improvement orders
• Develop Your Team: Train team members on various roofing applications and processes, fostering growth and excellence
• Coordinate Resources: Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed

What Sets You Apart:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on roofing experience
• Mastery of multiple roofing systems and applications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate crews
• Excellent communication abilities with both team members and customers
• Valid California Driver's License (must pass MVR check)
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Scoop CRM, and Google Sheets
• Problem-solving mindset and logical approach to challenges
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
• Ownership of appropriate tools needed to complete job projects
