The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential masonry and construction, with the ability to work on various projects including new installations, renovations, and hardscape designs. As a Brick Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, stone, block, and other materials while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Lay bricks, stones, blocks, and other types of masonry materials according to specifications and schematics. Construct walls, arches, and other structures using proper techniques and tools. Renovate existing brickwork and stonework by removing damaged sections and replacing them with new materials. Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols on the construction site. Experience Proven experience in residential masonry work with a strong understanding of installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively. Experience working on construction sites with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Knowledge of tools used in masonry work including trowels, chisels, levels, and mixers.
